Climate Change: Data Analysis, Impacts, and Mitigation
Description of Research:
Understanding the causes, impacts, and future threats of climate change is imperative in order to mitigate effects and adapt to different scenarios. My research entails investigating, modeling, and understanding global warming as a whole. Most studies show that global warming is caused by human induced greenhouse gas production. Using methods such as data analysis of satellite imaging, state of the arts, and modeling programs, a detailed spectrum of what is occurring becomes visible. Through communication, collaboration, and global policies, effective mitigation of probable impacts is possible. The purpose of my research is to find underlying causes, impacts, and mitigation tactics of climate change.
