Analysis of a sand specimen undergoing tri-axial loading using 3D Digital Image correlation to capture the kinematic and volumetric deformation.
Description of Research:
The Use of 3D Digital Image Correlation technique to show the kinematic and volumetric conditions of the specimen at different stages of deformation under tri-axial loading. The characteristics has been later used to generate a Mohr-Coulomb plasticity model.
