SUT-US held an online workshop throughout the month of June titled Geotechnical Developments in US Offshore Wind. The event took place over four days in June (2, 9, 16, 23). The event was held on behalf of SUT-OSIG (Society for Underwater Technology (SUT-US) Offshore Site Investigations and Geotechnics (OSIG) subcommittee and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (UMass).
With the rapid industry growth of offshore wind, this workshop provided an opportunity for engineers and researchers to interact and learn about the latest development in offshore geotechnics related to offshore wind in the U.S.
